I’m just now putting the final touches on my presentation for Online Marketing Summit in San Diego on February 13th.
My sessions is called: Why Understanding your Customer is Key to Getting through the Personalization Filter and I will be focusing on a history of increasing online personalization and tips for creating campaigns that will hopefully break through the filter and be found by your target audience.
